Vurtuo Consulting reserves the right to terminate or suspend service agreements if a client violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to meet payment obligations. Termination may occur with or without notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due, and access to services or deliverables may be revoked. Clients may also terminate services by providing written notice as per the agreed contractual terms.
Clients may be required to create an account or provide business credentials to access certain consulting services or project management tools. It is the client’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of account details and notify Vurtuo Consulting of any unauthorized access. Misuse of accounts, including sharing credentials or engaging in unauthorized actions, may result in account suspension or termination.
Access to Vurtuo Consulting’s services is granted solely for business purposes agreed upon in the consulting engagement. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, replicate, or misuse proprietary solutions is strictly prohibited. Clients must ensure compliance with any licensing agreements and applicable regulations. Unauthorized use may result in service restrictions or legal action.
All fees for consulting services are outlined in the service agreement and must be paid according to the specified schedule. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur additional fees, service suspension, or contract termination. Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes or transaction fees related to their payment method. Vurtuo Consulting reserves the right to adjust pricing with prior notice.

Personal and business information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clients are responsible for securing their own systems and ensuring that shared data does not contain unauthorized or sensitive information. Any data breach or security concern must be reported immediately.
All proprietary tools, software, and methodologies developed by Vurtuo Consulting remain the intellectual property of the company unless explicitly transferred through a contractual agreement. Clients retain ownership of their own data and pre-existing assets but may receive a license to use Vurtuo Consulting’s deliverables within the scope of the engagement. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our intellectual property is prohibited.
Clients may cancel service engagements by providing written notice as per the terms outlined in their agreement. Cancellation may be subject to fees depending on the project stage and work completed. Deposits or upfront payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Vurtuo Consulting reserves the right to cancel engagements under unforeseen circumstances, with reasonable notice and a refund or alternative arrangement where applicable.
