RSAC needed a modern, scalable payroll solution to replace a fragmented process spanning multiple systems. We implemented Dayforce Payroll end-to-end, standardizing their payroll operations and reducing processing time across a large, distributed workforce.

Embark Schools operates a network of charter schools across multiple campuses, each with its own staffing, scheduling, and operational needs. Despite running on Dayforce, leadership had no centralized way to view workforce data across the organization — reporting was manual, inconsistent, and time-consuming. We built a Power BI analytics layer that pulled live data directly from Dayforce, giving executives and operations teams on-demand visibility into headcount, payroll spend, attendance trends, and staffing gaps. Dashboards were designed for two audiences — high-level executive views and detailed operational reports for campus administrators — all refreshing automatically from a single integrated data source.

A high-volume fulfillment operation was struggling to keep pace with order demand as their business scaled. Manual order routing, carrier selection, and tracking updates were consuming staff time and introducing errors during peak periods. We automated their core ShipStation workflows — building logic-driven carrier selection rules, automating label generation, and integrating ShipStation directly into their order management system for real-time status syncing. The result was a fulfillment operation that could handle significantly higher order volume without adding headcount, with fewer errors and faster throughput from order receipt to ship confirmation.
